Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
