Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bosque County, Texas. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
