Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Hooker County, Nebraska. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
