Scullery hand • Toto, Nasarawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Toto, Nasarawa State. The job is in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
