Surface coating operator • Winnebago County, Wisconsin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
