Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage The role involves tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
