Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
