Join our team: we are hiring a production welder in Grant County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy production line. Day-to-day duties: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
