Vacancy available: concrete pump mate (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Macomb County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Day-to-day duties: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors Rotating shifts.
