Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Davidson County, Tennessee. Day to day you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
