Metal caster — Saguache County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a metal caster in Saguache County, Colorado. Day to day you will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
