Immediate opening: die-casting operator (Indiana)

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Jasper County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts We offer $11,000 per project plus benefits.
