Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in DeWitt County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 6+ years on the tools preferred.
