Now hiring: flatlock machine operator (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Benton County, Minnesota. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. On a typical shift you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
