Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Bradford, England. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse We offer £2,550 per month plus benefits.
