Moulder wanted in Wicomico County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a moulder in Wicomico County, Maryland. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. Your main tasks: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
