Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Johnston County, North Carolina. You will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. You should have: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
