Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On the job you will handle: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
