Restoration bricklayer • San Mateo County, California

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in San Mateo County, California. Your main tasks: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
