Bread and bun maker — Lawrence County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Lawrence County, Tennessee. You will be based at a cake shop. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
