Brick and block layer — Hancock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Hancock County, Ohio. You will be based on a commercial construction site. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Day to day you will bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints.
