You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline The role involves clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; check walls for plumb and level as you go. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
