What we are looking for: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Willing to travel between sites The role involves: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
