Kitchen steward wanted in Trafford

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Trafford, England. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
