D6/D8 dozer operator • Okobo, Akwa Ibom State

Now hiring: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Okobo, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a busy earthworks site. On the job you will handle: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
