Coating plant operator — Kware

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Kware, Sokoto State. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
