Lorry driver — Aroostook County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lorry driver in Aroostook County, Maine. Day-to-day duties: • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars Requirements: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Full-time with occasional weekends.
