Pipe tig welder — Washington Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Washington Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Own basic hand tools and PPE You will weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
