Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Calhoun County, Alabama. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
