Formwork erector — Throckmorton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork erector in Throckmorton County, Texas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings 5+ years on the tools preferred.
