Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and specifications On a typical shift you will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
