Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Mower County, Minnesota. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
