Now hiring: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Clay County, Indiana. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding You will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence.
