Site carpenter — Butler County

Now hiring: we are hiring a site carpenter in Butler County, Kansas. You will work in a cabinet-making workshop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work The role involves lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
