Blocklayer — Goronyo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a blocklayer in Goronyo, Sokoto State. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. Day-to-day duties: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
