Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Jefferson County, Idaho. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass 1+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
