Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
