Wheel loader operator — Northumberland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Northumberland County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
