Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Macoupin County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
