Join our team: we are hiring a concrete worker in Sandusky County, Ohio. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage The role involves patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish.
