Waiter — Ganye

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Ganye, Adamawa State. You will work at a beach resort. On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
