Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 5+ years on the tools preferred.
