Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Sebastian County, Arkansas. The role involves match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
