Now hiring: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Otoe County, Nebraska. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
