Argon arc welder — Grafton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Grafton County, New Hampshire. The role involves: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
