Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron The role involves measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control.
