Injection moulding machine operator • Crawford County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Crawford County, Georgia. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. What we are looking for: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
