Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Towner County, North Dakota. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
