Vertical transportation technician — York County

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in York County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
