Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols You will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent.
